This bulletin updates members on the continuing impasse over the Bank's plans to implement extended opening hours in the Republic of Ireland without regard for the outcome of the IBOA members ballot or for the concerns of staff that these extended hours cannot be worked under the current staffing numbers without the need for overtime.
