Job Security and Update

Lombard management has responded to the concerns expressed by IBOA on a number of issues, including:

Redundancies and Voluntary Severance; and
the Ulster Bank Agency Agreement.

As the Union is due to meet management again shortly, it is intended to consult further with members on these and other issues.
