IBOA wishes to place on record for members the facts surrounding management's refusal to refer the Voluntary Redundancy terms to the Labour Court in breach of agreements between the Bank and IBOA The Finance Union, the LRC and the Labour Court and in breach of the Government's code of practice guidelines on industrial relations.
