Irish Bank Resolution Corporation
The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation was established on July 1, 2011 following the merger of Anglo Irish Bank and Irish Nationwide Building Society on the instructions of the Minister for Finance, since both institutions were wholly owned by the State.
