"Bonus of Contention" Campaign

This bulletin updates members on the conduct of the Union's "Bonus of Contention" campaign - which involves the continuing withdrawal of staff co-operation with the Bank's appraisal process in protest at management's decision in 2011 to award generous bonuses to a small group of employees while at the same time enforcing a pay freeze for the vast majority of staff.
