This circular advises of IBOA's extreme concern that agreements between the Union and Bank of Ireland are now being challenged by the Department of Finance. While IBOA recognises the support provided by the Government to Bank of Ireland, we are now asking the Department of Finance to allow both sides to conduct our business within the framework of all existing agreements.
