Allied Irish Bank Group

Since its foundation in 1917, IBOA has been representing staff in the Allied Irish Bank Group – and its three predecessors – Munster and Leinster Bank, Provincial Bank and Royal Bank of Ireland – which merged to form AIB in 1966.

IBOA has worked hard to build a positive industrial relations environment within the AIB Group – which has been facilitated in recent years by the development of the AIB-IBOA Partnership structures.
